A shipment of Hands Against Hunger® meals is on its way to Somaliland, where it will help provide food for clinically malnourished children and their families.

This is a hard-to-reach region, and through our partners, these meals are opening doors to serve people who are often overlooked, forgotten, and deeply loved by God.

Please pray with us that this shipment clears customs without issue, arrives safely, and reaches the families who need it most. And more than anything, pray that God would prepare hearts and use our partners to share the good news of Jesus with many.

Hope Boxes are on the move in Guatemala. ❤️

Last week, volunteers from Iglesia La Gracia visited Aldea Xalcatá, a community where Pastora Teodolinda has been faithfully serving families through VBS, medical missions, evangelism, and now food support.

For months, this church has been showing up for this community. This time, they were able to bring food for families for the next 30 days, cook and serve lunch, spend time with the children, and continue building relationships in a holistic way.

Because of your generosity, 62 families were served and 1,524 food packs were distributed.

But we are so excited to share that our Dominican Republic shipment arrived this week and is now being prepared for distribution among communities in need, serving both Haitians and Dominicans.

These notes of encouragement may be written for our Hope Sacks kiddos, but come on… 🥹

They have us in our feels, too.

Every week, students across our city receive Hope Sacks filled with food for the weekend. And sometimes, tucked inside, they also receive something just as meaningful: a handwritten reminder that they are seen, loved, capable, important, and not alone.

Big words like generosity, sacrifice, and love can feel overwhelming.

We can overthink them until we do nothing.

But at ACHI, we believe in taking the next faithful step.

Sometimes generosity looks like giving what you can.
Sometimes sacrifice looks like showing up when it’s inconvenient.
Sometimes love looks like packing meals, filling boxes, serving quietly, or caring for a child you may never meet.

The question is not always, “Can I do something big?”
Sometimes the better question is, “What is the next thing God is asking me to do?”

How is He asking you to love others well?
How is He asking you to be generous with what you have?
How is He asking you to show up?

At the end of the day, we care more about your walk with God than the dollar amount you give, the hours you serve, or the resources you sacrifice.

So wherever you are, start there.

Take the next step.
Show up.
Love well.

This is generosity. This is sacrifice. This is hope in action.
