It may be raining now, but it looks like a perfect chilly night to celebrate our seniors while cheering on the football players, cheerleaders, and marching band at tonight's game, so come on out!

Support the Boosters by purchasing tasty food at the concession stand. And stop by the PTA table to buy a cozy blanket to keep you warm (these also make great gifts for graduating seniors!). You can help all of our support organizations (Athletic Boosters, PTA, and Finneytown Music Parents Association) by purchasing a joint membership or buying 50/50 raffle tickets that will be available in the stands during the 1st half of the game.

Finally, make sure to support AfterProm by voting for your favorite candidate for Mayor of Finneytown! Right now, Arti is in the lead with $120 followed by Gus with $90.05. Digby and Mickey are bringing up the rear with $40 and $24 respectively, but there's still time to ensure that your favorite wins! Check out the latest official portraits by some of our elementary students below to help you decide.

Last week's Mayor drawings resulted in an additional $45 in votes for candidates, so I'm releasing four new drawings today, all created by our very own elementary students!

Please vote for your favorite at https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/vote-for-mayor-of-finneytown-2026--27

All proceeds go toward AfterProm, and the candidate who brings in the most money will be crowned the new Mayor of Finneytown!

Here’s another reminder to join PTA!
For $125, you’ll get membership to Secondary PTA, Athletic Boosters, and Music Parents PLUS a raffle entry for the pictured basket of spirit items.

For $75, you get all 3 memberships (but no raffle entry).

If you just want to join PTA, you can do that for only $25.

When someone joins PTA, their membership does more than support one school.

Your PTA membership connects you to something bigger:

🎸Your local PTA – supporting students, families, and school communities
🎸Ohio PTA – providing training, resources, leadership support, and statewide advocacy
🎸National PTA – amplifying the voice of families and advocating for children across the country

That means your membership doesn’t just stay at your school, it helps power a larger mission.

Every member helps strengthen:
✔ family engagement
✔ advocacy efforts
✔ leadership development
✔ programs and resources for local units
✔ the collective voice for every child

When you join PTA, you’re joining a movement!

Hey Finneytowners, some of our amazing elementary students have graciously contributed to our mayoral candidates' efforts to promote human creativity instead of AI.

Please enjoy our latest drawings, and vote for your favorite candidate by donating to their campaign below. Remember that all proceeds go toward AfterProm, so thanks in advance for your support!

Right now Arti is in the lead with $120, but it's still anyone's race with Gus, Digby, and Mickey not too far behind. So vote now!

Email [email protected] if you have any questions or if you'd like to enter your own pet into the race to be the next Mayor of Finneytown! Results will be announced on November 3!

In an effort to promote the work of actual humans rather than AI, the committee has decided to create our own ads for each of the candidates for Mayor of Finneytown. While effort was high, let's just say that the results could be outdone by a computer. 😆

Please support human artistry (no matter the quality) and your favorite mayoral candidate by donating to their campaign below. Remember that all proceeds go toward AfterProm, so thanks for your support!

And if you'd like to try your hand at better (or worse) drawings of our candidates (please, somebody take me up on this!), you can email them to [email protected], and we'll share them here. For every $20 raised by each candidate, we will release a new ad created by a local artist!
