Today, we honor Juneteenth — a day of remembrance, celebration, and reflection marking the end of slavery in the United States and the ongoing pursuit of freedom, justice, and equity.

At MUSE, we believe music has the power to tell stories, preserve history, build community, and inspire change. Juneteenth reminds us of the importance of lifting every voice, honoring resilience, and recognizing the contributions of Black artists, leaders, and communities whose influence continues to shape our culture and collective future.

As we celebrate this day, we invite our community to learn, reflect, listen, and honor the enduring legacy of those who fought for freedom and those who continue that work today.

May we continue creating spaces where every voice is valued, every story is heard, and every person belongs.

“Black music is American culture” isn’t just a statement, it’s history, truth, and legacy. 🎶🖤

We’re so excited to share our new fundraiser tees, created with intention and care to celebrate this powerful message. A lot of work has happened behind the scenes to bring these special shirts to life, and now we need your help!

MUSE needs to sell a minimum of 27 shirts by May 11th - and I know we can blow past that goal.

Please consider purchasing a shirt and sharing the link with your family, friends, and community. Be sure to read the beautiful write-up included with the campaign that gives deeper context to why this message matters so much.

Let’s wear the message proudly.
