LIT was honored to be part of two incredible events this past weekend.

We spent the day at Serenity Jam, a Rock and Recovery Celebration presented by Community Program for Recovery (CPR). There was live music, burgers on the grill, and great people, all raising funds to help those in transitional recovery housing cover critical costs.

We closed the night at The Bloc Party, BLOC Ministries' annual gala. BLOC gives vulnerable students, adults, and families safe, positive connections, breaking cycles of poverty, addiction, crime, and homelessness through mentoring, healthy relationships, and programs that build lasting skills for life.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, gave, and volunteered. You made it a day to remember.

Every Friday, Judge Chris McDowell of Hamilton County Common Pleas Court visits treatment and recovery facilities across the community. Today, we had the privilege of welcoming him to LIT.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to share our heart and vision and to hear how Judge McDowell is working to support the recovery community. We appreciate his time and willingess to come see first hand what LIT is all about.
