This past weekend, we hosted our annual golf outing, it was a day full of golf, laughter, and stories of redemption that reminded us exactly why we do this work.

What makes days like this truly special is watching LIT graduates come back to give back and show up for the very program that once helped pull them out of the pit of addiction,

When asked why the weekly house meeting is vital to the success of every LIT resident, house manager Rob shared this:

"Every Sunday, the men in each of our houses sit down together for a house meeting. Beyond promoting brotherhood, it's an opportunity to share how our previous week went and let one another know how we're doing. We set achievable, quantifiable goals, encourage each other to follow through on them, and hold one another accountable."
