The mission of the Business Service Coordination Center is to increase the Obtainable employment and contracting opportunities generated by two broad categories of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs. We use the economic opportunities generated by HUD to produce business development opportunities and jobs for low-income residents. Our objective is to facilitate the

fulfillment of Section 3 regulations that apply to contracting and employment opportunities, and cash flow growth through the ability to offer sustained and affordable training, grants, active fundraising, equity financing, crowd funding and angel investors for and with its targeted clientele.
