What a night! Yesterday we wrapped up the year surrounded by the most dedicated, passionate people doing the most important work.

A huge congratulations to Danielle Metz, Holly Solzmon, and Nicki Eichhold for receiving the St. Joseph Cupertino Award for their outstanding service this year. We are also so grateful to board members Greg Hubert and Dave Mueller for joining us to celebrate.

Thank you to everyone who made it out to Hofbräuhaus for an unforgettable evening. We are thrilled for what the 2026-2027 school year will bring, and are already hard at work!

We can hardly believe that the end of the school year is upon us! It's been a wonderful, transformative year for the students we serve, and we are thrilled with all their success!

When Scott Dearth retired from public school in 2019, he thought he was slowing down. Then OptimALL happened, and he spent seven more years in the classroom. 😄

Yesterday, St. Jude celebrated the second retirement of a man who has quietly shaping young minds across Cincinnati for 43 years.

Thank you, Scott, for everything you've poured into our students and community! You're one of the best, and we are so glad we got to be part of your story!

What happens when a teacher sees a gap... and decides to close it herself?

Beth Rielly, Board President and co-founder of OptimALL Services, spent years watching Catholic and faith-based schools in Ohio turn away students with learning disabilities because they didn't have the resources students needed.

She knew something had to change.

What started as a single evaluation at one Cincinnati school grew into a full special education program. And Beth's question became impossible to ignore: "Why aren't we doing this everywhere?"

Today, OptimALL Services partners with Catholic and faith-based schools across Ohio to provide specialized instruction, teacher training, and tailored support. We work to ensure every child who walks through the door gets the education they deserve.
