Great weekend at whitewater memorial campgrounds, salt creek ranch horseback riding and Metamora for lunch and a ride on one of the speeder trains (unfortunately no pics of this). The rain cooperate just right for us to get all of our activities in.

Troop 850 had a awesome High Adventure last week in Wyoming wind river range. The Scouts did an amazing job and made this a great trip for us all. We saw all four seasons from super hot to sleeting rain. We had snowball fights and went sled riding one day then swimming the next. Some of the most beautiful country and challenging hikes.

Troop 850 had a great time at Friedlander for summer camp. We saw a lot of growth out of the boys and many of them ranked up. Can’t wait for the next adventure.

Troop 850 has 3 more NYLT trained leaders. It was a hot rainy week but they had a blast.

A successful high adventure shakedown weekend at Shawnee state forest. It was a challenge , wet but good weekend.

The scouts did awesome caving. Each one pushed their comfort zone and they crushed it.

Great weekend for backpacking at two lakes trails in Indiana. Not even the rain, good dampen for their spirits. Great training for high adventure this summer along with a great route for the younger scouts. We probably saw 20 turtles this weekend.
