✨Crockpot Swedish Meatballs✨

1. To your crockpot add 2 pounds of frozen meatballs, 3 cups low sodium or no salt beef broth, 1 can low sodium cream of mushroom, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 16 ounces sliced mushrooms and 1 diced onion. Season however you’d like!
2. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-7 hours
3. Once meatballs are cooked add 1- 1 1/2 cups sour cream and stir. If you’d like it a bit thicker mix together 2 tablespoons of corn starch with 2 tablespoons of water and add that to your crockpot as well.
4. Cook a 1/2 pound of egg noodles separately and add those to your crockpot. Mix.
5. Enjoy!!
