What started with drawing sneakers as a kid became a career designing footwear for some of the biggest names in the industry. 👟

Omar Bailey, DAAP alumnus and founder of FCTRY LAb, has turned his passion for footwear into a career spanning design, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Omar returns to DAAP tonight to share his journey and talk design, footwear and entrepreneurship.

The event takes place from 6–7:30 p.m. in the DAAP Auditorium, Room 5401. The event is free and open to the public.

Nearly 90 years after earning her degree from the University of Cincinnati, one alumna's influence is still opening doors.

Honored by her family through a scholarship supporting engineering and business students, Norma Wellman Cobb's legacy reflects the enduring power of education and family values.
