Some people don’t just “help things run” — they shape the way everything feels. That’s you, Ripberger
Thank you for all the years of care, patience, and steady presence you brought to CISV. For the behind-the-scenes work no one always sees, the thoughtful way you handled so many moving pieces, and the consistency you gave this community.
You were part of so many important moments — camps, teams, conversations, decisions — and you always showed up with heart. That doesn’t go unnoticed, even if it’s not always said enough.
It’s strange to imagine CISV without you in the day-to-day. But what you’ve built into it stays.
We’re deeply grateful for you, Laura. Truly. And we wish you all the best in what’s next 💛🌍
