Encounter the Flame Ministries Our greatest joy is seeing people touched by God and experiencing His manifest presence! A life that leads to ever increasing CHANGE!

We are committed to "Go where He wants us to go, Do what He wants us to do, Say what He wants us to say, and Be what He wants us to be! Ignited with a passion for more of life, Scott and Gayle Willis began their journey together in marriage in 1978. Both raised in church, Gayle a Lutheran and an accountant, Scott a Pentecostal and a plumber. Having a desire for success in business Scott entered the real estate industry later becoming a production homebuilder and land developer. Over the next decade with a considerable measure of success based on a world’s standard, Scott had moved completely away from his spiritual roots while Gayle held the home together with a disciplined devotion and a deep faith that God answers prayer. Their lives came to a screeching halt on Memorial Day Weekend 1995 when Scott had and encounter with God at home that would forever change the course of their lives. An encounter that would develop over time taking them on a spiritual journey that has lead them around the world seeing God touch the different people groups by the power of His Holy Spirit. Scott and Gayle are re-ignited today with a greater passion for life and life more abundantly! They believe in the importance of the local church and that the local church should look like and function like the New Testament Church! They believe it is important for every single person to have an encounter with Jesus! A book of Acts encounter that empowers and propels the believer into their destiny! They invite you to stay connected to this web site where there will be teaching on the Holy Spirit, inspirational messages of hope and freedom as well as invitations to meetings where you can come and have an encounter with God. Scott and Gayle have 3 incredible sons, 3 beautiful daughter-n-laws and 6 beautiful grandchildren. They live in Liberty Township, Ohio

Jeremiah 6:16 (Message Bible)
20 God’s Message yet again:

“Go stand at the crossroads and look around.
Ask for directions to the old road,
The tried-and-true road. Then take it.
Discover the right route for your souls.
But they said, ‘Nothing doing.
We aren’t going that way.’

“Finally, all [of you] should be of one and the same mind (united in spirit), sympathizing [with one another], loving [each other] as brethren [of one household], compassionate and courteous (tenderhearted and humble). Never return evil for evil or insult for insult (scolding, tongue-lashing, berating), but on the contrary blessing [praying for their welfare, happiness, and protection, and truly pitying and loving them]. For know that to this you have been called, that you may yourselves inherit a blessing [from God–that you may obtain a blessing as heirs, bringing welfare and happiness and protection]. For let him who wants to enjoy life and see good days [good–whether apparent or not] keep his tongue free from evil and his lips from guile (treachery, deceit). Let him turn away from wickedness and shun it, and let him do right. Let him search for peace (harmony; undisturbedness from fears, agitating passions, and moral conflicts) and seek it eagerly. [Do not merely desire peaceful relations with God, with your fellowmen, and with yourself, but pursue, go after them!]”
