is a non-profit organization based out of Cincinnati, Ohio whose mission is to unite communities to promote Life, Health and Education in three remote and impoverished villages in Tanzania.

Happy International Women's Day! May we remember to celebrate the strength and resilience of women around the world and continue to uplift, empower, and support each other!

Today is World Engineer Day, therefore we wanted to highlight all the work we do with Engineers Without Borders through the University of Cincinnati!

Village Life partnered with EWB to help combat the issue of clean drinking water by installing water systems that not only provided clean drinking water, but also pumped the water to farther away sub-villages and schools. Most recently in May of 2023, EWB transferred ownership of Roche water system to the Roche Life Committee Members.

We are thankful for our partnership with Engineering Without Borders through the University of Cincinnati and the continued impact we will make together!

Today is World Wildlife Day and we wanted to celebrate by showcasing a few the animals we saw on safari in Africa. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to see these beautiful animals in their natural habitats and learn about the unique roles they play in the wild!

Last night we had our dressmaker dinner and our second day of safari! Today we will head to Nairobi as we make our way back to the United States.

Yesterday marked our last full day in Shirati, Tanzania and we celebrated with sunset at Lake Victoria. Today, as we make our way back to Nairobi we had our first day of safari!

Today was the last day of clinic. It was also the grand opening of the M. Anne Haire Reproductive and Child Health Center!

We had a great time serving the Roche community and celebrating the newest addition of healthcare to the community!

Clinic Days 3 & 4

Over the past two days we were serving the local village of Nyambogo. While doing so, we were able to see over 500 patients!

Alongside this, Dr. Steven talked with the Committee Members about mental health and we visited the water project that provides clean drinking water to the community!

Clinic Day 2

Today we had our second clinic day at Burere. We saw over 250 patients over the span of two days! Tomorrow we will head to another local village, Nyambogo for two more days of clinic.

Clinic Day 1

Today we had clinic at one of the beautiful local villages, Burere. We saw over 100 patients today and are excited to see more tomorrow!

Today was Med Prep Day!

We packaged and organized all the medicines and supplies we will be using throughout our clinic days this week. Alongside this, we were able to go see the sunset at Mount Oboke! It was a great way to start the week and we are excited to start clinic tomorrow!
