Starting the weekend off with what we hope is the first of many WVU Days of Service for our chapter. We spent the morning assisting shoppers at St Vincent DePaul’s food bank. We hope to have more come out the next time.

UPCOMING - next weekend, WVU MEN’S BASEBALL TEAM takes on UC here in town.

Finally - the day is here!!!!!

The Mountaineer, President Benson, Tony, and Wren want you to show your WVU PRIDE and go order your FLYING WV Ohio License plate.

Plates can now be ordered when you sign into the Ohio BMV website. Here's a link you can play around with a see what your new custom plate might look like. Scroll to the very bottom as our plates appear in the Organizational plate section.

Calling All Mountaineers! 💛💙

As part of the West Virginia University Day of Service, our chapter will be volunteering with St. Vincent de Paul Cincinnati at their Catino Choice Food Pantry.

📅 Saturday, April 18, 2026
🕣 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

We are in need of volunteers to help:
• Stock shelves
• Sort donations
• Accompany neighbors through the food pantry

This is a wonderful opportunity to give back to the community while connecting with fellow Mountaineers.

Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 8:30am - 12:30pm

Volunteers are needed to help stock shelves, sort donations, and accompany neighbors around their Catino Choice Food Pantry.

Exciting news coming Friday.

Not quite the license plate yet…. But that is still coming soon. Ran into some issues between the University and State of Ohio, but I’m hoping we are finally over the jump. Should have an update in that soon.

We all love the WV and representing the University here in the Cincinnati / Dayton area and finally, you’re going to be about to represent our chapter with some merch!

Over the next few days, I’ll put out a few more previews and we launch on Friday. Orders during our initial launch will also receive a free TSHIRT.
