Howard Brinkdoepke, past board member, past vice commander passed away April 12, 2026 from Parkinson's desease. Howard was the chef for our chilifest using his family recipe. Howard will be missed. A dear father and a friend to many. His wife, Linda, predeceaced him.

Army Command Sergeant Major Henry Arnstrong has passed away at the age of 100 years on September 25, 2025.
Founding member of the Delhi Veterans. Our First Vice Commander, then our 2nd Commander.
Served 41 years enlisting in 1943 at age 18. Landed on Omaha Beach during D-Day in 1944 as Patton's 3rd Army. Witnessed the liberation of Gunskirchen Lager concentration camp in Austria in 1945.
He continued to serve after WWII thru the Korean and Vietnam Wars.
He earned numerous awards, including the WWII Victory Medal and French Legion of Honor.
Funeral is October 3, 2025
