“Hello everyone first off let me start by telling u all how emotionally embarrassed I am to make this post I have a 3 year old autistic daughter my landlord evicted me due to me being late on rent cause no one could handle my baby’s tantrums and I got fired from my job it’s been two days me and my baby has been sleeping in my car gas is not cheap the shelters are full besides drop in shelters witch long story short I was r***d while staying in one my baby is all I got my daughters dad left when I was 18 weeks pregnant my local churches don’t have funds to help me I’ve had stacks of resources that put me on a list and my baby’s bday is in two days I’d love to get a hotel from some gas and her a cake if anyone could help please no hate comments as I already am beating my self up enough if u can help please message me”

How You Can Help Care Cincinnati ❤️

As we continue getting started, we’re focusing on collecting items that can make an immediate difference for neighbors experiencing homelessness.

Most needed items:
• New socks
• Hygiene items (toothbrush, toothpaste, wipes, deodorant)
• Blankets & sleeping bags
• Gloves, hats, and warm clothing
• Tents and tarps

These items go directly to people in need — helping provide comfort, dignity, and basic support during difficult moments.

We’ve already been able to help a local family with a tent, food, and supplies, and thanks to generous donations, we’re continuing to grow.

I wanted to share something that’s become really important to me ❤️

Over the past year, Stacy and I have had a couple of experiences that opened our eyes to how many people in our community are struggling just to get through the day.

After recently helping a family who had lost their shelter, we realized something simple but powerful — a lot of people want to help, they just don’t always know how.

That’s why we started Care Cincinnati.

It’s a small, grassroots effort focused on helping people in our community with immediate needs like food, hygiene supplies, clothing, and basic shelter.

We’re just getting started, but we’ve already seen how much impact a few people coming together can make.

Thank You, Rick ❤️

Today we were incredibly blessed by the generosity of a Cincinnati neighbor.

Rick donated a truckload of items to support Care Cincinnati’s outreach — including a gas grill, blankets, clothing, shoes, hygiene items, and more.

Because of his kindness, we’ll be able to provide real, immediate help to neighbors in need.

It’s amazing to see our community come together like this. Care Cincinnati is built on moments like these — people stepping up to help others.

Update from Care Cincinnati ❤️

Today we’re picking up a grill that’s being donated by a Cincinnati neighbor to help a family we’ve been supporting.

This is the same family we recently provided a tent, food, and chairs for after they lost their shelter in a storm.

Seeing others in our community step up and want to help has been incredibly encouraging. It reminds us that there are so many people who care — they just need a way to get involved.

This is exactly what Care Cincinnati is about.

Welcome to Care Cincinnati ❤️

Recently, my wife Stacy and I set out to buy a miter saw from a family on Facebook Marketplace. When we arrived, we realized they were homeless and selling their belongings just to afford food and a warm place to stay. We helped them that night with a meal and a hotel room.

Last week, we came across that same family again. They had lost their tent during a storm and were in need of food and shelter. This past Saturday, we were able to provide them with a new tent, food, and chairs.

That experience made something clear to us — many people want to help, but don’t always know how.

That’s why we started Care Cincinnati.

Our goal is simple: help our neighbors in immediate need with things like food, supplies, and basic shelter.

This is just the beginning. ❤️
