Can you walk, jog, or run 10K steps a day for 30 days?
We all know we should be taking 10,000 steps a day, but how many of us are actually hitting that goal?
Begin a new habit this November and take on TheBIRFs 10K steps challenge and join thousands across the world who will also be stepping to change the lives of those affected by traumatic brain injuries. All you need is a good pair of walking shoes (or go barefoot!), and you'll be on your way to 10K a day!
