Happy Mother’s Day from our National Chaplain:

“Throughout history, mothers, grandmothers, and women who have stood at the forefront of movements for justice, equality, peace, and social progress. Many of our own mothers, teachers, mentors, and community leaders fought tirelessly for civil rights, equal educational opportunities, and safer, stronger communities. They remind us that our greatest power lies not only in caring for our own families, but also in uplifting those who are in need of hope.”

Congratulations to the 2026 YWCA Greater Cincinnati Career Women of Achievement Honorees. The luncheon's inspiring keynote was award-winning journalist Soledad O'Brien

The YWCA Career Women of Achievement Luncheon was established in 1980 to increase community awareness and appreciation of the diverse contributions of women in the workforce and in the community.

We had several fellow YWCA Career Women of Achievement members in attendance to welcome the incoming class, including Michelle Hopkins TV (this year's luncheon co-chair and emcee), Tracey Artis, Lisa Kelly, Nita Walker, Renee Mahaffey Harris, and Regina Carswell Russo.

They join other chapter members who've been honored through the years, since the 1980 inaugural class. We recognize them all here.
