Today is our Bike and Bike Part Collection! Bring us your unwanted or unusable bikes and we'll either recycle or repurpose everything for free! I-75 is shut down in certain locations today so check the city's updated info before heading to the Hub. See you all from 10-2!

What a great event last night at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden where we celebrated our Hub Heroes — the hundreds of volunteers who truly power our organization by giving nearly 10,000 volunteer hours each year! A big thanks to the zoo's Josie Reardon, Director of Private Events, and her team for a wonderful evening, and to Sue Magness, Recycling Coordinator for the Cincinnati Office of Environment & Sustainability for such a meaningful message. We love our amazing volunteers!

And we love our longstanding partnership with the zoo — a global leader in sustainability — and diverting so many of their hard-to-recycle materials and helping them reach their lofty environmental goals!

Shout out to the Newport Aquarium! We were very fortunate to host an awesome team of volunteers who helped process our recycling and reuse materials to divert them from the landfill...and from our waterways! Thanks to everyone at the aquarium for being such longtime Hub partners! ♻💧🐬

What a beautiful day to serve hundreds of our amazing customers at the Hub's Lower Price Hill and Loveland/Symmes locations, diverting more than 2 tons of material from the landfill! A big thanks to our customers, volunteers, staff, and the Loveland Sustainability Council team—everybody involved is an environmental hero making a difference in our community!

Cincy Red Bike is now a corporate customer! Greater Cincinnati's awesome bike share system is partnering with the Hub to divert its hard-to-recycle materials! If you haven't tried Red Bike yet, there's a link to the app in the comments. Thanks, Red Bike, for protecting our environment and being such a great asset to our community!

We love ADVENTURE CREW! Such a great local organization that connects teens with the outdoors. And we're thrilled to be their recycling partner! This week they stopped by with 75 unusable bike helmets that we will divert from the landfill to protect the environment that is so vital to their mission. Thanks for everything you do Adventure Crew!

This Saturday, September 26, customers who would typically travel on I-75 to visit us will need to find another route. Or we're open tomorrow from 12-6 if you need to squeeze in a recycling run!

Prepare for the I-75 closure this weekend! I-75 NB and SB will be closed between US 50 and Freeman Ave starting 11PM Friday 9/25 through 5AM Monday 9/28.

Collection update: We are pausing our #3 plastics collection due to a temporary hold implemented by our downstream partners. We are still accepting PVC pipes (most are #3) for resale in our Hub Shop. We'll keep you posted on any changes!
