Heaven's Gain Burial products for Pregnancy Loss. Located in Cincinnati, Ohio and ships nationwide. We do this as a service to other families experiencing the loss of a baby.

At Heaven's Gain, we prepare clients for the birth of their baby who has died. We also provide support during and after the delivery of their precious baby. in addition, we provide high quality caskets and urns to families suffering the loss of a miscarried child, stillbirth, or infant . Our products were developed to allow for handling and burial of a baby consistent with how we handle other losses in our society. It is an honor to help other families experiencing loss whether or not they buy a casket.

At Heaven's Gain, respecting life means honoring every precious baby, no matter how small, and from the very first moment of life. We believe each child, including those lost to miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss, is worthy of dignity, love, and remembrance.

October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month.

This month, we remember the babies gone too soon, and we stand with the families who carry them in their hearts. Pregnancy loss is far more common than most people realize, and far too often, it's grieved in silence. Awareness helps break that silence.

To every parent who has lost a baby to miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss: your child mattered. Your grief is valid. You are not alone.

Mark your calendar: October 15 is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. At 7 PM in every time zone, families light a candle for one hour in the Wave of Light, remembering our babies together. We invite you to join us.

That's how Maddie described becoming a Certified Advocate for Parents of Perinatal Loss (APPL). What moved her most? That Heaven's Gain is bringing to light something the world too often keeps in the shadows: the real impact of infant loss on families and on society.

An APPL's Role: After Delivery

The care doesn't end when a family leaves the hospital. In many ways, that's when a Certified Advocate for Parents of Perinatal Loss is needed most.

After delivery, an APPL helps parents navigate their disposition choices, whether burial or cremation, and can assist in planning a service or funeral. They gently guide families through decisions no parent is ever ready to make, helping them avoid the additional trauma that comes from feeling unprepared.

And because there is no time limit on grief, advocates are trained to offer ongoing peer support to couples and individuals, long after delivery. However long the road, no family walks it alone.
