Great news! Registration will remain open through the conference!

One-day passes are now available, and you can choose which day you want to attend.
Individual: $10
Couple: $15
Family of four: $40
Each additional family member: $10

The Saturday evening banquet is an additional $25 per person. Banquet registration ends today, Friday, September 25. A limited number of spots may become available later, but they are not guaranteed.

Sunday morning worship is free and open to everyone!

Meet Steve Chu! 🏓

Steve will lead our pickleball activity on Friday, October 2, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. He is excited to introduce beginners to the game and help experienced players improve their skills.

Steve has competed in both Deaf and hearing pickleball tournaments and has won several medals and trophies!

The cost is only $10. Don’t have a paddle or balls? No problem! Equipment will be available for you to use.

If you have not registered for the conference yet, go ahead and register and select the pickleball activity. If you already registered but did not add pickleball, it is not too late! We will have a pickleball sign-up form available at the conference.

Hello, everyone!

Can’t commit to the entire conference, or aren’t sure whether it’s right for you? We understand! That’s why we are offering a one-day pass. This is a great opportunity to visit, experience the conference, and see what it’s all about.

One-Day Pass Prices:
• Individual — $10
• Couple — $15
• Family — $40

One-day pass registration will be available early next week.

The Saturday evening banquet is an additional $25 per person. For guests under age 18 who prefer pizza instead of the banquet meal, pizza will be available for $10 per person.

The banquet is not included with the one-day pass. The deadline to register for the banquet or pizza is September 25.

Sunday morning is FREE and open to everyone!

• Worship — 10:45 AM

If you’re unsure about attending the entire weekend, come visit us for a day. That’s completely okay—we would love to have you!

Game Night registration is finally open!

This is a FREE event for everyone! Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and hearing people who know a little, some, or a lot of ASL are all welcome.

Join us for a fun evening of fellowship, snacks, drinks, and games at Red Door Church. It will be a great place to connect with people, make new friends, and spend time with the community.

We will have several tables with different games to choose from. Each table will have someone available to explain and lead the game. Some games may be familiar, while others may be new. Don’t be afraid to try something new and learn!

What makes this Game Night special? Communication will be accessible to everyone. Activities for kids will also be provided!

Speaker Spotlight #6: Matthew Belwood

Matthew Belwood is no stranger to the Conference or Deaf Streetlight!

Matthew recently experienced the joy of reaching the top after hiking Mount Pisgah in North Carolina. But what happens after we reach the top? How do we continue moving forward after such an experience?

In his workshop, “Moving Forward,” Matthew will explore this question and encourage us to keep moving forward in our own journeys. I believe his message will benefit everyone, regardless of where they are right now.

Hello, everyone! Meet our fifth Speaker Spotlight: Marc and Angela Russell!

Marc and Angela are coming from North Carolina. They are hearing parents, and one of their children is Deaf and was adopted from China.

Workshop: Biblical Trauma-Informed Care
Saturday, October 3

Interpreted in ASL

This workshop will explore trauma through biblical teaching and trauma-informed care. Using examples from Jesus’ life, biblical stories, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®), Marc and Angela will share practical ways to create safety and belonging, understand behavior, and support children, youth, and families with grace.

We want to clarify that registration for the Deaf Streetlight Christian Conference is still OPEN!

Early-bird pricing has ended, and regular pricing is now in effect. However, if you are concerned about the cost, please email me directly at [email protected]. We want you to be able to attend!

The registration deadline is September 25 because we need to provide the banquet team with a final meal count.

We’re excited to share the tentative schedule for the Deaf Streetlight Christian Conference, October 1–4!

Please remember that this is a tentative schedule, which means there CAN still be changes, but we don’t expect many changes at this point.
