The goal of Saturday's job fair is to keep teenagers busy with well-paying jobs so they do not have idle time, which is part of a plan to reduce teen violence this summer.

It is also designed to connect young people with the items they need to apply for a job, including birth certificates, work permits, physicals and job training.

"We must get our youth program to the youth before the street program gets to them," Hamilton County Commissioner Alicia Reece said. "Idle time is not a good idea for young people. They’ve got energy, they’ve got ideas, we’ve got to channel that into employment, workforce, entrepreneurial business creation."

Looking for a Summer job? Head to Ziegler Park! ☀️
If you’re a teen looking for a seasonal or summer job, join us at the Ziegler Park Teen Job Fair! Local employers will be on-site to help teens snag a sweet summer job! Teens aged 14-18 are invited to attend and bring proper identification. Food will be provided for all teen job seekers and parents are welcome!

No city celebrates Opening Day quite like Cincinnati, and we're happy to join the festivities by offering fare-free rides on all fixed-route and Access paratransit services all day Thursday, March 26, in celebration of Cincinnati Reds Opening Day!
