You know us for lemonade stands, but did you know our mission reaches far beyond them? 🍋💛

Through our Community Serving Kids program and our partnership with Matthew 25 Ministries, we're helping get much-needed resources into the hands of local organizations serving individuals and families facing hardships.

And, the impact is pretty incredible! From June through September alone, more than $615,000 worth of goods and 167,000 pounds of supplies were distributed to community partners. 📦

We're talking food, blankets, cleaning supplies, personal care products, and so many other everyday essentials that can make a meaningful difference.

We're so grateful to be part of a community that continues to show up for others. Because helping kids and families facing hardships isn't just something we do one day a year. It's a mission we carry with us all year long! 💛🍋 Stay tuned for more Community Serving Kids updates!

Our longtime summer lemonade host, Emme, experienced the heartbreaking loss of her baby brother, Jude, at birth. 💛

Her family went on to create Flutterby Cincinnati, a foundation that supports families experiencing infant loss, and over the years, we’ve been honored to use proceeds from Emme’s lemonade stand to support their mission.

Recently, we used $500 from Emme’s stand proceeds to purchase Build-A-Bear Workshop gift cards for children who, like Emme, have experienced the loss of a sibling. Each will have the opportunity to create a special stuffed animal of their own.

This one is especially meaningful to us because Payton’s Lemonade Stand was inspired by a teddy bear given to Payton during a scary time in her own life. We know firsthand how much comfort something so simple can bring. 🧸

To everyone who supported Emme’s stand back in July, this is what your support helped make possible. We’re so grateful to everyone who showed up for Emme and ALL of our lemonade hosts. Your impact continues long after the last cup of lemonade is poured! 🍋

BIG NEWS! 💛 We're so excited to announce the Kids Serving Kids Scholarship! 🎓🍋

For years, we’ve watched incredible kids step up to serve others by giving their time, creativity, and hearts to make a difference in their communities. Now, it’s our turn to invest back in them!

We created the Kids Serving Kids Scholarship to help young people who have served alongside us continue to grow, learn, lead, and pursue opportunities that matter to them. 🍋

🛏️💛 40 beds. 60 volunteers. One incredible morning of giving back.

From cutting and sanding to drilling, staining, branding and building, every step brought us closer to one goal: giving 40 local kids a safe, comfortable bed to call their own.

We’re so grateful to M/I Homes, Inc., Sleep In Heavenly Peace - OH, Cincinnati, and every volunteer who rolled up their sleeves and helped make this possible. THIS is what happens when our community comes together. 🍋💛

Can you imagine not having a bed to call your own?

This weekend, 60 incredible volunteers gave up their Saturday morning to join Payton’s Lemonade Stand, M/I Homes, Inc. , and Sleep In Heavenly Peace - OH, Cincinnati to build 40 brand new beds for local kids who currently don’t have one of their own. 🛏️

With every piece of wood we cut and sanded, every hole we drilled and every bed we assembled, we thought about the child who would one day sleep in it.

We imagined that first night… Climbing into a beautiful, sturdy bed made just for them. Being tucked in. Laying their head on their pillow and knowing that this space is theirs. 🥰

They’ll never know the 60 people who showed up on a Saturday morning to make that possible, but we hope they’ll feel just how much love and care went into every single piece. 💛

To our amazing partners at MI Homes and Sleep in Heavenly Peace, and to every volunteer who showed up ready to work, THANK YOU.

You didn’t just build 40 beds that morning. You helped give 40 kids a safe, comfortable place to rest, dream, and call their own. 💛

Now THAT is Kids Serving Kids... with a whole lot of amazing adults helping make it happen!

Special ‘thank you’ to former Cincinnati Bengal and loyal lemonade supporter, Robert Jackson, for providing our group with a pizza lunch afterwards! 🍕

We were so grateful to attend the Magnified Giving Fall Dinner earlier this week and celebrate the incredible work they do to inspire young people to become givers, leaders and changemakers in their communities. As an organization built around the idea of Kids Serving Kids, we couldn’t love their mission more.

And imagine our excitement when we arrived and discovered that the evening’s emcee was one of our very own lemonade hosts, Shubhangi! 🍋

We are so grateful for the many ways Magnified Giving has supported Payton’s Lemonade Stand, especially recently by incorporating lemonade stands into their summer camp giving programs. Their campers raised more than $700 this summer, all while learning firsthand how something as simple as a lemonade stand can make a difference for others.

And hopefully, this story comes full circle next summer! Payton is excited about the possibility of returning to camp as a junior counselor, where she can help encourage the next group of budding young philanthropists on their own giving journeys. ❤️

🎄🍋 We know... it’s early! But for us, holiday prep starts in September! 🎄🍋

And, that means it’s time to start looking for our 2026 Lemon Giving Tree hosts!

Every holiday season, businesses, schools/classrooms, sports teams, families and organizations across our community put up a Lemon Giving Tree and help collect gifts for local kids who could use a little extra holiday magic.

And, we make it SUPER easy to get involved!

🍋 We provide the tree, lemon ornaments, and all of the supplies you need.
🎁 You rally your employees, students, teammates, friends or family to shop for requested items.
🚗 We pick up the gifts when your collection is complete.
❤️ And together, we get those gifts into the hands of local kids who need them most!

The more Lemon Giving Trees we have, the more kids we can help. Last year, our 50 (!!) trees helped us provide thousands of gifts to children throughout our community, and we’re hoping to make an even bigger impact this year!

Two months later and we’re STILL thinking about this special day! 🍋💛

Just look at this crew! The smiles, the energy, the creativity and the FUN that our hosts brought to their stands back in July. This is what a Lemonade Day Saturday looks like, and honestly, we can’t wait to do it all over again.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines thinking, “We should totally do this next year…”

Grab your family, your friends, your coworkers, your team, your neighborhood or your business and come join us for the 2027 Payton’s Lemonade Stand event!

We’ll bring the lemonade and supplies. You bring your people.

When a child’s basic needs are met, they are better able to focus, learn and feel confident in the classroom. Something as simple as having deodorant or a toothbrush shouldn’t be a barrier to a child feeling comfortable and ready to learn. 💛

Recently, a local teacher noticed that some of the students in her classroom were struggling with basic hygiene, so she reached out to us to see if we could help.

Of course, we said YES! We were able to provide deodorant, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and body wash for her students. And we loved making it even more meaningful by having Presley and a few of her friends put together the hygiene kits themselves! 🙌

We are so grateful for teachers who notice the needs of their students and aren’t afraid to ask for help. We’re honored to come alongside them and help remove some of those barriers.

Kids serving kids. That’s what we’re all about. 🍋
