Ursuline Academy Parents' Association

Ursuline Academy Parents' Association The Mothers' Club Board (MCB) and Dads' Club Board are made up of parents from each of the sophomore, junior and senior classes.

The Parents' Association is the joint effort between the Dads' Club Board and the Mothers' Club Board to provide a means for Ursuline parents to foster relationships and become engaged with each other, the school and with their daughters. The UA Parents' Association purpose is to provide parent volunteerism in the school and our community, to plan and sponsor special events, to manage initiatives

that promote student spirit and sisterhood, to facilitate communication between parents and the school and to raise funds for the Parents' Association Endowed Scholarships and the Dads' Club Tuition Assurance Fund. Nominations for joining the board as a freshman parent typically take place in January and the nomination form is included in Rapport. Members serve for three years following the nomination acceptance during their daughter's freshman year. Board members typically meet once a month, beginning in August. Each member serves on multiple committees to help organize and execute multiple programs and activities throughout the year. Volunteer parents of UA students sign up to help with Mothers' Club events. All MCB activities are funded by Parent Association dues and its largest fundraiser, the annual Mother Daughter Fashion Show and Luncheon. A calendar of events can be found in the school directory and on the UA website.

The UA Mothers' Club will be providing lunch to the UA Faculty and Staff on Tuesday, May 5th to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week. Lunch will be provided by Firehouse Grill. We are hoping to collect some additional items to make this luncheon a success and are asking for drinks, desserts and gift cards for our amazing faculty. We would love to provide each teacher with a $10 gift card!

Drinks can be dropped off at the Rotunda beginning Friday, 5/1. Desserts can be dropped off on Tuesday morning, 5/5. Gift cards can be dropped off any time, and by 5/1 at the main office, Attn: Erin Beltran.
