This organization is all about utilizing strategies to save the food being thrown out everyday. This non-profit organization encourages restaurants and others to use strategies we have fully established in being able to save the thrown out foods, which according to preventdisease.com is said to be near 30 percent every week. With this being said our target audience will be to local restaurants of
all sizes. I feel this is our audience because it will allow us to get the attention of the main supplier. Our mission is to make a difference in the amount of foods being wasted in our local restaurants and grocery stores everyday. In doing so, we hope to save this food and offer it to those who are hungry within our community. Having the local restaurants on board with our mission will allow us to have the main source of food being wasted which we plan to use in feeding those in need.
