From classroom to construction 👷🏾‍♂️🏗️

At the City of Cincinnati’s Fleet & Cormany Garages project, an all-diverse crew is making an impact—featuring Journeys Soaring Impact Ironworking Pre-Apprenticeship alumni: Stephen Rogers (c/o 2018), Taylor Joyner (c/o 2022),
Keon Little (c/o 2016)

Now working with Journey Steel, Inc. as Journeymen and Apprentices, they represent the power of opportunity and career pathways in the skilled trades. Led by foreman CJ Jaramillo, the team reflects the strength of diverse backgrounds coming together to build our city.

This is our mission in action: Changing lives and generations one student at a time.
