Join us Tuesday (2/16) for The Cost of Blackness, a lecture examining what it means to live within systems that extract value from Black life while denying Black humanity.
This session explores the social, economic, and psychological costs imposed by racialized systems of power, while also honoring the ways Black communities persist, create, and resist despite them.
Through historical analysis, we are invited to confront how the past continues to shape lived experience in the present.
📝 Please note: This lecture includes historical context related to racial violence and oppression, which may be triggering. We encourage attendees to practice self-care and care for one another.
🗓️When: Tuesdays, 12pm-1pm EST 🕛
