It’s time to focus on Her.

She has a lot to focus on already -- her college education, her children’s needs, her commitment to sobriety, her healing from the traumas of her past. She’s focused and working hard, but she can’t do it alone.

So we’re focused on her too, walking the journey along with her, sometimes leading the way; sometimes by her side holding her hand; and all of the time empowering her with the skills and confidence she needs so when the time is right she’ll be able to travel the rest of the journey proudly on her own.

Won't you focus on HER too? The kindness of her community will give her the extra boost she needs to break the cycles of poverty, addiction, and human trafficking, and improve her chances of reaching her goals and changing her life.

If we focus together, we can surely lift her up.

Our focus is on her and now today, we’re also called HER. We’re HER Cincinnati, offering Housing, Education, and Recovery Services for women in Cincinnati. Formerly Cincinnati Union Bethel, we’ve been meeting the changing human service needs in our community since 1830. Our name has changed but our mission has not. Our focus is still her.

For the next 10 days, HER Cincinnati is participating in Cincinnati Gives, an on-line fundraising challenge presented by Cincinnati Magazine. Not only will your donation be matched dollar for dollar by an anonymous donor, but your giving will help us leverage additional support through the many contest prizes to be awarded.
