Arrowhead Improvements Association - AIA Our community, Arrowhead in Gunnison Country, is a small area of Colorado, located in the Western Slopes of the San Juan Mountain range since 1973.

Arrowhead consists of approximately 2500 acres of the best forest, meadows, streams and lakes. Arrowhead1.org is the only official website for Arrowhead property owners (owners in Arrowhead in Gunnison Country Subdivision, also commonly referred to as Arrowhead or Arrowhead Ranch). ⛔ Road Closures for Fire Mitigation Work ⛔

Aspen Trail will have daytime road closures for tree mitigation from Spruce Road to Aspen Drive, TODAY through Friday. The mitigation closure will begin again on Monday 8/31 through Friday 9/4.

Local traffic for those living on Aspen Trail between the intersections will be allowed to use Aspen Trail. There will be limited complete closures when trees are being dropped.

Cones and road close signs will be posted at the intersections of Aspen Trail & Spruce Road and Aspen Trail & Aspen Drive.

⛔ Road Closures for Fire Mitigation Work ⛔

Aspen Trail will have daytime road closures for tree mitigation from Spruce Road to Aspen Drive, starting Wednesday, 8/26, through Friday, 8/28. The mitigation closure will begin again on Monday, 8/31 through Friday 9/4.

Local traffic for those living on Aspen Trail between the intersections will be allowed to use Aspen Trail. There will be limited complete closures when trees are being dropped.
