Not only can microplastics harm the environment, they can also cause health risks such as cardiovascular disease,inflammation, and reproductive issues. Some ways you can prevent your use of plastic is by using reusable products such as bags and metal water bottles. It doesn’t take a lot to prevent the spread of microplastics so start reusing!
