Freedom Recovery Freedom Recovery is a Christ-centered ministry for individuals and families who are dealing with emotional distress and/or addictive issues.

Freedom Recovery is a Christ-centered recovery outreach ministry that facilitates safe, caring support groups, focused on restoring lives that have been overcome by emotional distresses and personal addiction, through a message of freedom. Meetings consist of a large group setting and a small group setting. The large group is a time of inspiration through music, teaching and personal stories. Small groups are safe, confidential times of personal expression.

One evening, a Cherokee elder told his grandson about the battle that goes on inside people’s heads.

He said, “My son, the battle is between the two ‘wolves’ that live inside us all.

One is unhappiness. It is fear, worry, anger, jealousy, sorrow, self-pity, resentment, and inferiority. The other is happiness. It is joy, love, hope, serenity, kindness, generosity, truth, and compassion.”

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf wins?”

The old Cherokee simply replied:

“The one you feed”.
