We did it. 👏 With an overwhelming 97% YES VOTE, SWTA members have ratified our Tentative Agreement!

This is what happens when we refuse to back down. Our collective power forced SBUSD to the table to ensure our students and staff get the prioritization they deserve. Thank you to every single member, student, parent and community member who stood strong. 🍎💪

After more than 20 months of bargaining and an almost 20 hour fact-finding hearing, our bargaining team has reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) that invests today's dollars in today's students and lays a foundation for the safe and stable schools our students deserve.

We stood up, we fought back, and we’ve won a TA we can all be proud of.
