Your CVE bargaining team is thrilled to announce that we have come to a tentative agreement with CVESD!

More information in your email, and lots more information to come - CVE members will all vote to ratify this tentative agreement.

Right now, bargaining means pushing the district to move. Every action we take sends a message and when we wear BLACK, we show we are united, strong, and standing firm on the priorities our members deserve.

Tomorrow is the second day of mediation.

Mediation is a legal step in the bargaining process where a neutral mediator works with both parties to continue negotiations and move toward agreement. During mediation, both bargaining teams are limited in what they can publicly share about discussions at the table.

Our commitment remains the same: advocating for the educators, students, and school communities we serve every day. 💪🏽🖤
