The Chula Vista Collaboratives's Promotores Active for Community (PAC) programs is a grassroots organization of diverse residents working together to stimulate volunteerism and strengthen community ties, respond to the concerns and unmet needs of the community members, and generally improve community well being. romotores Unidos por Comunidad (PAC) del Colaborativo Comunitario de Chula Vista es un grupo de residentes de la Ciudad trabajando juntos para descubrir las habilidades e intereses de las comunidades, estimular el voluntariado y fortalecer los vinculos de union de la comunidad, asi como responder a las preocupaciones y a necesidades de la comunidad y en general, incrementar el bienestar comunitario. PAC opero anteriormente con el nombre de Neighborhood Council Initiative NCI) desde 2000. PAC cambia su nombre en 2010 para un mejor reflejo de nuestra mision.
