Practices are in full swing, the fields are full, and vibes are high on the pitch!

We’re so grateful to every volunteer coach leading their team with positive coaching, and to every parent leaning in to support their player and their team this season.

We’re proud of the progress we’re already seeing on the field! Our players are building skills, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game.

Positive coaching, good sportsmanship, player development, and fun—that’s what AYSO is all about.

This is a GREAT team-building event to start your season—bring your players, families, coaches, and teammates out for a night of soccer, fun!

Our Regional Referee Training is the perfect opportunity for volunteers ages 12 and up to learn the game, give back to our players, and make a difference on the sidelines this season.

⚽ Open to all volunteers (ages 12+)

Youth referees can even earn community service hours while developing leadership, confidence, and a deeper understanding of the game.

⚽️ We added MORE 7UB teams! 🎉

Thanks to the incredible support of our volunteer coaches, we’re excited to announce that we’ve been able to add TWO additional 7U Boys Core teams this fall!

We are now expecting an amazing 18 teams in our 7U Boys division this season. 🤯

We still have a few spots available, so if your player was born between August 1, 2019 – July 31, 2020, now’s the time to register before these final rosters fill.

A huge thank you to every volunteer who stepped up to coach.🫶🏽 Because of you, more kids get the chance to play.

Player Assessments and Team Drafts….These aren’t just events on the calendar- they are how we help build Balanced Teams, giving every player the opportunity to learn, grow, compete, and have fun. It’s one of the ways we bring the AYSO Balanced Teams philosophy to life, and it wouldn’t be possible without the support of some incredible partners.

Registration for our Core Program (6U–16U) is now closed, and our teams have been formed. We have just a few roster spots remaining in the following divisions:

⚽ 7U Boys
📅 DOB: August 1, 2019 – July 31, 2020

⚽ 10U Girls
📅 DOB: August 1, 2016 – July 31, 2018

This year is an extra special one as we celebrate 50 years of serving our community!

For five decades, volunteers both on and off the field have leaned in to create a place where kids can play, grow, and love the game. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has helped carry Region 116 to where we are today.

As we kick off this milestone season, we’re proud to celebrate the community that built Region 116 and continue building on that legacy for generations to come.

Here’s to 50 years of players, families, volunteers, and memories…and to the next 50! ⚽️

⚽ Our U7 Boys & U8 Boys rosters are FULL! 🙌

However, we can activate players from our waitlist if a parent is willing to step up and coach.

As a 100% volunteer-run organization, having enough parent coaches makes all the difference. Right now, we need volunteers in these divisions to avoid having to fold four teams.

If you’re on the waitlist and are willing to coach, please contact us right away so we can begin the volunteer clearance process and get your player activated as quickly as possible.

No soccer experience? No problem! We provide training, resources, and support throughout the season.
