What a beautiful time together 💜

Our women’s event was filled with encouragement, laughter, prayer, and reminders of God’s faithfulness.

We’re so grateful for every woman who came, served, shared, and helped make this night so special.

God is building something beautiful in community, and we’re thankful we get to be part of it together.

Our culture is really good at convincing us that the next thing will finally make us happy. Newer, faster, better, shinier.

But contentment reminds us that a full life isn’t found in what we buy — it’s found in Christ.

Enjoy good things. Be grateful for what you have. Just don’t ask created things to do what only Jesus can do.

We are so sorry to have to write this, but we have just been informed by the Chula Vista Elementary School District that our location at Salt Creek Elementary School must remain closed all weekend long due to the air quality from the local wildfire. The local parks are also closed for the weekend, and with rain in the forecast, we won't have an option of meeting outdoors.

Unfortunately, we are left with no other alternative but to cancel our service this Sunday. For those of you who were helping with the Reach Event after service (setting up the Book Fair), this is also canceled. Life Groups are still meeting this evening as scheduled.

Like many of you, we were excited to have Pastor Rudy come and share about the ministry happening in Mexico on Sunday. He has been able to reschedule and will come and share next week on February 2nd. We will also collect coats, warm clothing, and other donations that you might have for the ministry there at that service.
