I enjoyed my time at SWC as a student, club member, and staffer but now I'd really like to see someone else take charge and update this old group!!

For those interested, CAL-Fire has started accepting applications for Seasonal Firefighter Positions. This video explains the process. Application Period runs from Nov. 1 through Nov. 30. Apps must be postmarked no later than November 30, 2017! Good Luck!!!

EMS Week Contest Reminder! It will run through Friday May 25, 2012. So far we only have one entry, e-mail us at [email protected] with the heading CONTEST along with your name, age, level of EMS training, and phone number to enter. It is a 13 question quiz structured off the First Responder knowledge base. The person with the most correct answers will win our Grand Prize along with a second and third place winner.

Anyone interested in participating should send us an email at [email protected] with the subject line CONTEST and a body message containing your name, age, level of EMS training and phone number. Contest questions will be sent to you as soon as possible. Answers must be received before Friday at 11:59 pm. Winners will be announced Monday right here on Facebook and on our twitter feed. A grand prize will be awarded to the person with the most correct answers with a second and third prize as well. We are going on the honor system folks, please no cheating.
