What a night to celebrate! 🌺🌊

Mahalo to everyone who joined us at our Victory Party last Thursday and helped us close out an incredible Annual Campaign season. With the support of this amazing community, both South Bay Family YMCA and Border View Family YMCA reached our shared goal of $525,000 raised!

Every dollar represents lives changed, families supported, and opportunities created for our neighbors across the South Bay. We’re so grateful to our volunteers, staff, donors, and campaigners who made this possible.

This is what Waves of Impact looks like. Thank you for being part of it. 💙

And that concludes our Waves of Impact Swim Challenge! 🏊🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Last night, we had the joy of celebrating our amazing swimmers that participated in our Swim Challenge. Swimmers that swam a total of 1,043,110 yards (593 miles)! To put things to perspective, swimming 592+ miles is equivalent to traveling from San Diego to San Francisco and back. That’s how much collective energy and endurance our swimmers put in!

We are so grateful for the heart, dedication, and energy our members poured into this challenge. The proceeds from our Swim Challenge go directly to our Annual Campaign. A campaign that feeds directly back into our community to ensure that everyone in our community can access the YMCA, regardless of financial circumstances.

Thank you to every swimmer who made waves with us. And a special thank you to for filling our tummies! 💙🌊
