Last Tuesday, over 100 students proved that the future of science and engineering is bright at the SUHSD STEM Research Fair. EEF’s own Mary Rose Peralta was on hand to judge and celebrate these amazing minds.
The result? A massive showing from Eastlake schools, including multiple top-tier awards and the High School Sweepstakes win! 🥇

EEF was thrilled to celebrate growing up with our community as Olympic View Elementary turned 30! It was an incredible homecoming at the "Home of the Golden Eagles," where we saw generations of students, alumni, staff, and past principals reuniting to prove that "Stay Golden" is more than just a motto—it’s a way of life.
Our team, including Board members Katia Callahan and Gloria McKearney, Maria Ortiz, and new Executive Director Mary Rose Peralta, loved connecting with everyone at the EEF table. We were in great company alongside amazing sponsors like WishWell Counseling Center, Balsamico, Lemon Drop Pastry Shop, Cups and Straws, El Guero 2, and California Pizza Kitchen. High fives, great food, and 30 years of memories—what a day for the Eastlake community!
