🚨 Fumigation Reminder – March 17–19 🚨

We are **one week away** from the scheduled building fumigation (tenting) on **March 17–19**.

Many residents attended the February meeting with Frontier Termite, but we wanted to send out a quick reminder of a few key items as we get closer.

🔑 KEY ACCESS REQUIRED
All residents must provide **a key for unit access to the termite crew**, or make arrangements through their landlord/HOA.
Keys must be available **no later than the morning of March 17.**

🪴 PLANT STORAGE
Residents may **temporarily store plants in the backyard area**, as long as they are placed **away from the building structure**.

🔥 SDG&E GAS SERVICE
Residents are responsible for **scheduling their own gas service turn-on after fumigation**.

Please contact **SDG&E at 800-411-7343** to schedule your gas service restoration.

Termite Fumigation Scheduled – March 17–19, 2026

OFFICIAL HOA NOTICE

Brightwood Atrium Townhomes (453 & 455 E Street) will undergo whole-building termite fumigation from March 17–19, 2026, performed by Frontier Termite Company.

A mandatory resident meeting will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Fumigation bags will be distributed and required acknowledgments will be signed. One adult from each unit must attend.

The Fumigation Planning Guide is attached to this post and should be reviewed in advance.
