Good morning Summer Hill Owners!

Our last big project of the year is beginning! Antis Roofing and Waterproofing will begin general maintenance and cleaning of all the roofs in the Community on November 18, 2024. The project is expected to take 3-4 weeks.

Antis will make every attempt to respect homeowner privacy and property. They will notify individual homeowners of any items that present a problem during the project. Please review the attached flyer as it will help in the facilitation of a clean and less disruptive project.

Note: you do not need to be home for maintenance to be completed.
