The Belmont Farms Neighborhood Watch has been organized to promote the safety, security, and well-being of residents in the Belmont Farms Subdivision and surrounding neighborhoods of Christiansburg, Virginia.

The New River Valley Metropolitan Planning Organization (NRVMPO) is conducting the NRV Passenger Rail Station Pedestrian, Bicycle, and Transit Connectivity Study. The second public meeting for this study will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026 from 4-6 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers at the Christiansburg Town Hall, 100 E. Main St.

Public meeting materials will be posted Friday, August 21, 2026, on the New River Valley MPO website at www.newrivervalleympo.org and for review at the New River Valley MPO office.
