Call for Nominations – J-ETD Editorial Board & Working Groups

We invite nominations and expressions of interest to join the Journal of ETD (J-ETD) Editorial Board as Associate Editors, as well as participation in newly established working groups supporting the journal’s next phase of development.

We are seeking at least four Associate Editors and members (including potential chairs) for the following working groups:

Ethics & Policy
Publishing & Infrastructure
Community Engagement
Editorial Development & Content

These roles offer an opportunity to contribute to the direction, quality, and global impact of J-ETD, and to engage with a diverse, international scholarly community.

We welcome both self-nominations and nominations of colleagues. Please include a brief statement of interest and relevant experience.

We are delighted to announce that the 29th International Symposium on Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETD-2026) will be held from October 23-25, 2026, at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi https://home.iitd.ac.in), New Delhi, India.

The USETDA and the NDLTD are co-hosting ETD 2025, the 28th international symposium on electronic theses and dissertations (ETDs) and USETDA 2025, the 15th national US conference on ETDs, to be held as a joint virtual event via Zoom September 25-26, 2025. This conference is co-organized by the USETDA (United States Electronic Thesis and Dissertation Association) and the NDLTD (Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations).
