Sequoia.Housing.Partnership Sequoia housing focuses on providing an avenue to home ownership for displaced families in the NRV We are inspired by the giant sequoia.

Nature is full of awe-inspiring scenes. Among the most iconic of those images is that of the Giant Sequoia. To commit to growing a sequoia is to commit to the future. These are trees that may reach an impressive height of 100 feet in a human lifetime; however, a planter could never hope to experience the majesty of a fully grown 300 foot tall 3,000-year-old tree. To plant a sequoia is to invest in

an awe-inspiring future. That is, a future that others will experience and enjoy. The sequoia reminds us that while we may never live to see a future where housing insecurity is only a memory, we can be committed to planting the seeds for such a future. Along the way, we will celebrate the successes we are able to help create and take joy in the future we are shaping for our community.
