Choccolocco Valley Development Corporation We are a 501-(c) (3) non-profit organization providing outreach social programs for low-to-moderate income adults and their children in Choccolocco Valley Rd.

OUR VISION
To raise funds to purchase the land, build and operate a community center, provide outreach social programs for low-to-moderate income adults and their children. The Choccolocco Valley is located in the unincorporated area of northeast Calhoun County jurisidiction and they include Choccolocco communities, White Plains, Iron City, DeArmanville and many more small areas. We live about 10

-15 miles outside of the city limits of Anniston between Choccolocco Road and Alabama Highway 9. The valley is about 3-5 miles wide and 20-30 miles long from Kelly Lynn Lane to Whites Gap Road east. We love our rural areas with its pristine woods and mountain views, clear starry nights, vast variety of wildlife, farmlands, trailer parks, new and old subdivisions, ten small churches and seven small retail businesses. Our goal is to buy the undeveloped forest land on the North and south side of Joseph Springs Mtn. Way.
