1. Call Meeting to Order (5 min):
a. Approval of prior meeting minutes (May & October)
b. YTD Budget Report
2. Event Recaps (10 min)
a. Open House: review success of t-shirt sales in lobby; confirm any new members expressing interest.
3. New Business (40 min)
a. Trunk or Treat & Coordination: Confirm volunteer roles, promote social media push, and candy donations/candy monster (last year we had a student dress up at car pick up to promote awareness of donations- it was successful).
b. Fall Conference: Confirm conference dinner needs (supplies and menu), volunteer roles, and vote on the budget for this event.
c. Recruitment: Looking for Volunteers
d. Holiday Workshop
e. Barstow Bolt (in the spring)

Barstow's Trunk or Treat will be held on Friday, October 23rd! Returning this year, the 5th grade class will be providing a Spooktacular Supper as a class fundraiser!

Barstow families can sign up to be a trunk & sign up their treaters here.

The Candy Monster is at school to accepting candy donations.

Thank you to everyone that made a purchase at the Phoenix Book Sale at the Open House. You can still make great purchases, just stop in the store on Center Street in Rutland and mention its for Barstow!

Congratulations to all our participants of the Barstow Bolt 1 Mile Fun Run and 5K! We are happy to report that all participants crossed the finish line! Congratulations to Amelia Gardener as first place adult and Colton Beede as first place child in the 5K Run. The Barstow PTO would also like to thank the volunteers that helped run the event!
