📢UNION WAGE INCREASE📢

Range Center’s Board of Directors has officially approved of the annual wage increase for all union employees, including an increase to Direct Support Professional starting wages, effective September 1, 2026!

On behalf of our Management Team, we are deeply grateful for the dedication, hard work, and compassionate care our team provides to our community every day. This investment reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting our workforce and providing competitive compensation for the vital services delivered to the people we support.

Great news! With our students heading back to school, we will be ending the summer with our $2,000 sign on bonus applied to the following open hourly positions + scheduled wage increases effective 9/1 for new hires in the month of August:
