***NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS***
Get $25 to Spend at Local Farmers Markets***

Each year, the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program, funded through the federal Farm Bill and administered by the State of Wisconsin, helps older adults access fresh, locally grown produce.

In Chippewa County, the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) distributes $25 vouchers to eligible, low-income seniors. These vouchers can be used at local farmers’ markets and farm stands to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables.

Best of all, farmers receive 100% of the voucher value, supporting local agriculture while helping bring new customers to the market.

***How to Apply***
Each year, applications become available no earlier than June 1, on a first-come first-serve basis, while supply lasts. This is a highly anticipated program with a limited number of vouchers.

View the ADRC's website for eligibility requirements and ways to apply, which includes a convenient online application that reserves your vouchers instantly (if any remain available):

Last week we attended the Feed My People Food Bank Empty Bowls fundraiser! They had great food trucks, silent auction items, handmade bowls, and entertainment all for a good cause! Thankfully, the weather was gorgeous!
We couldn't help feed our community members to the extent that we do without them! We are extremely grateful for our partnership!
