Just a reminder to our 5th through 8th grade Flight players that you can come try on the personalized kits starting tonight through Thursday. We'll be here from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Market on River second floor.

We've got a QR code ready that'll take you to a super easy form to fill out, so it should be a pretty quick process for everyone.

What wins close games? Free throws. Those shots when you’re tired in the 4th quarter, the pressure is on, and your team needs you.

YOUR CHALLENGE: 100 FREE THROWS

Focus on:
✅ Good shooting form
✅ Balance
✅ Follow through
✅ Building consistency

Littles — it’s okay to take a step in! We’re building good habits and confidence. ❤️

This weekend, one of our own, 8th Grade Coach Janel Coddington, is showing our Flight athletes some ball-handling drills to get those reps in!

Focus on:
✅ Control
✅ Keeping your eyes up
✅ Using both hands
✅ Building your routine
✅ Building confidence with the ball
