Applications for the Chinook Country Jamboree BBQ Cook-Off need to be turned in soon.
Jamboree: 6/27 5pm-9pm with live music / Joel Underwood

The kitchen opens at noon for competitors, and judging starts at 5:00 PM.

Categories are:

Fish

Protein

Side Dish

Entry is $100, and one fee covers one, two, or all three categories.

BBQ competitors, this is your call to fire up the grill!

The Chinook Country Jamboree & BBQ Showdown is coming up fast, and we want YOU to enter!

Bring your best BBQ, your secret recipe, your favorite side dish, or your seafood specialty and compete in:

Fish

Protein

Side Dish

Since the Peninsula is known for its incredible seafood, the Protein category can include fish or seafood too. Salmon, oysters, crab, tuna, smoked fish, grilled seafood — bring it on!

Judging starts at 5:00 PM, so competitors must be ready with enough food for 4 judges.

Entry fee is $100, and one fee gets you into one, two, or all three categories.

This is open to everyone — businesses, restaurants, backyard BBQ legends, families, organizations, and teams from Chinook and surrounding areas.

The Chinook Country Jamboree & BBQ Showdown is looking for competitors, and everyone is encouraged to participate.

This competition is open to businesses, restaurants, individuals, families, organizations, and teams from Chinook and surrounding areas.

Competition categories are:
