The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Advisory for our area.

What to expect:
Strong northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph in effect from 8:00pm tonight through 10:00pm on Wednesday.

🚗Watch for roadway debris, downed branches or trees. Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle.

⚡Should you ever see a downed power line, don’t approach or touch anything in contact with it and call 911.

The following roads are closed due to flooding:

11/9 7:20 AM: Pine Avenue has been reopened.

6:04 PM: Pine Avenue between Fern and El Prado has been closed again due to water across the roadway.

12:10 PM: Pine Avenue has been reopened.

11:15 AM: Due to flooding, the SR 60 westbound (WB) and eastbound (EB) on-ramps at Central Avenue will be closed today, Tuesday, November 8. The outside lane on WB and EB SR 60 at Central Avenue will also be closed.

10:30 AM: San Antonio has been reopened.

9:07 AM:
San Antonio from Walnut Avenue to the north city limits

8:25 AM:
Pine Avenue at Fern and El Prado
El Prado between Mountain and Pine

Weather Alert

What to expect:
💨HIGH WIND ADVISORY
In effect from 7:00amto 10:00pm Tuesday. Strong south winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

☂️FLOOD WATCH
In effect from Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday morning. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

🚗Watch for roadway debris, downed branches or trees, street water buildup and other storm impacts. Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle.

Northbound Euclid Avenue at Merrill Avenue is closed due to a large oil spill. Chino PD along with Ontario PD, Ontario Fire, and Chino Valley Fire are on scene. Please avoid the area while clean up efforts are being made.
